Q: Is YOYO CARS a licensed private hire service provider?

By Law all private hire service companies within London have to be licensed by the Public Carriage Office (Transport For London.) Our Operator License No is 009927

Q: What is your Meet and Greet service?

Meet and Greet is a complimentary service that we offer at airports, sea terminals and cruise terminals. On your arrival, you will find the driver waiting in the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point with a name board carrying the name of the lead passenger. The driver will help you with any luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

Q: How will we know your driver at the airport?

Our driver will have a welcome board with your name clearly printed thereon. They will meet you at arrivals.

Q; What if I cannot locate my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver or have not received an email/SMS with the driver details then simply call us on +44 (0)20 8757 5756 and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an automated e-mail containing your booking number and full details of the booking. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, please contact us ASAP.

Q: What if my flight delayed or arrives early? Will I be charged extra?

No. As we have live flight monitoring system we will be aware of any delays or early arrivals and we will dispatch our drivers accordingly.

Q: How early do I need to book?

A minimum of 12 hours notice is requested for any online bookings.
